Why a Series, and Why Now
We sell direct, with no agents and no commissions, which means our name has always been carried by the people who watch this market closely rather than by intermediaries. Opening a channel for real conversations is the natural extension of that model: if the record of the work is what buyers trust, then the conversations around the work should be just as open. On camera, in our own spaces, no script, that is the format the series was built for.
Each episode is compact by design: one space, one guest, one conversation, released across our channels as it happens. New guests take the seat through the year, and the spaces change with them, from completed, handed-over villas to the projects now rising. The format stays the same throughout, and so does the bar for what counts as a real answer.
The Founding Guest
For our debut episode we sat down with Somayeh Berenjian, Senior Investment Director, a highly respected luxury property advisor with over twenty years of experience in the UAE's real estate sector. Having witnessed the market evolve from its earliest days through its rapid transformation, Somayeh brings a depth of perspective that very few possess, which made her the right first voice for this series. Twenty years of first-hand market memory is exactly the kind of vantage point a conversation like this deserves.
