Recognition, Dubai, Gala Evening 23 June 2026
A First Nomination on the Regional Stage
On 23 June 2026, Isola Villa by Atara was celebrated on the regional stage as a finalist for Luxury Villa Project of the Year at the Construction Week Property Awards 2026. The gala at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai brought together the Middle East's developers, designers, and industry figures behind the residential work shaping the UAE. This was our first nomination at the CW Property Awards. It will not be our last.

The Evening, and What It Meant
Isola Villa did not take home the final award. That honour went to a deserving winner, and we congratulate them sincerely. Being shortlisted alongside projects of that calibre at the very first edition of these awards is something we are genuinely proud of, and the evening was a proud moment for our Sales, Marketing, Development and Construction teams, who came together to represent a project that reflects years of focus, patience, and belief in the Atara standard.
For us, the night was also a reminder of why the work matters. Recognition by industry peers and an independent panel of judges carries a different weight than advertising ever can, and we remain grateful to Construction Week for creating a platform that holds the industry to a higher standard. Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the UAE's established luxury property names in that room was itself a measure of how far the boutique model has come, and it belongs to everyone on the team who sweated the site details long before there was a stage.
What We Built to Stand There
Since our founding in 2017 we have held to one model: reject the template, build first, and realize every home fully before the next begins. Long before ready luxury became a dominant market trend, we planted our stake on Pearl Jumeirah Island and kept 100 percent end-to-end execution through Rakhat Construction, our in-house construction arm, so that quality, materials, and timelines stay in one accountable pair of hands. Isola closes our four-villa run on that same shoreline, alongside Haia, Kaia, and Opal. The recognition on the regional stage tells us that discipline reads through the finished work.
Isola is the current expression of it: a six-bedroom coastal retreat spanning 15,154 square feet of built-up area, with a striking curved facade, copper architectural detailing, a private pool, cinema, sauna, and gym. The full specification and current status sit on the Isola Villa project page.

What Comes Next in H2 2026
The first half of the year brought its share of regional and global complexity, and we moved through it the way we always have: we keep building, keep refining, and raise the bar on the next one. La Mer, Marea, and Laguna are progressing on site, with Laguna taking its place in District One. Our upcoming apartments project, Velora Residence on Dubai Islands, is coming to market, and our expansion into Ras Al Khaimah, the GCC's first beachfront Sheraton branded residences developed by us, continues to take shape with handover set for Q3 2028; the details sit on the Sheraton Residences Al Marjan Island page.
Everything that carried Isola Villa by Atara onto that shortlist sits in the open: the completed and upcoming collection is on the Atara portfolio. The second half of 2026 has plenty to look forward to, and we are just getting started.
Recognition and project status are reported as announced in June 2026. Current availability and specifications are maintained on the project pages.
