Velora Residence is Atara Development's residential building on Dubai Islands: ground plus eight floors, 58 homes, every one delivered fully furnished. The 1 and 2-bedroom apartments run through the building.

Atara is the project developer, not the master developer. The building stands inside Nakheel's master plan for the Dubai Islands community, and it is delivered to the same in-house standard as every project in the Atara portfolio: site first, interiors specified as part of the residence, no volume pipeline. The same model is delivering the Sheraton Residences on Al Marjan Island.

The mix is deliberate. One and two-bedroom homes suit owners and investors who want a finished island address from handover day.
